4. The Electronic Gift Voucher needs to be activated by the Recipient as the OTP will be generated against his account details.

Medlife Wellness Retail Private Limited are issued e-Gift Voucher by Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited . which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such e-Gift Voucher. The individuals will avail provisions of the e-Gift Voucher.
2. The term of the e-Gift Voucher will be valid from date of purchase of e-Gift Voucher until completion of one year.
3. The e-Gift Voucher can be redeemed online on www.medlife.com or Medlife Mobile App or Medlife m-site only.
4. e-Gift Voucher can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as e-Gift Voucher.
5. e-Gift Voucher cannot be used to purchase other Medlife e-Gift Voucher.
6. If the order value exceeds the e-Gift Voucher amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking/UPI which are linked to Indian Bank Accounts.

20. There is no fee or other charges associated with e-Gift Voucher purchase.
