Terms and Conditions:
  1. Apollo Pharmacy e-Gift Voucher would be accepted on listed Apollo Pharmacy Outlets and not on any other products/services.
  2. The person who has the Apollo Pharmacy e-Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
  3. Apollo Pharmacy is not responsible if the e-Gift Voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission.
  4. Only One e-Gift Voucher can be used in one bill/transaction. Also, this is a One-time use e-Gift Voucher with an expiration date.
  5. No credit note / refund for the unused balance amount of the e-Gift Voucher will be given. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
  6. Apollo Pharmacy e-Gift Voucher CANNOT be revalidated once expired or cancelled under any situations.
  7. Apollo Pharmacy e-Gift Voucher cannot be clubbed with on-going monthly FMCG (sponsored by brands) and Private Label offers.
  8. No discounts would be applicable on Medicine purchase while redeeming Apollo Pharmacy e-Gift Voucher.
  9. No other discounts (Including but not limited to offers like SSO and PL bill busters) can be availed while redeeming Apollo Pharmacy e-Gift Voucher.
  10. Any dispute related to the e-Gift Voucher should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
  11. Apollo Pharmacy shall on best effort basis attempt to accept e-Gift Voucher, but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Apollo Pharmacy, e-Gift Voucher may not get accepted and Apollo Pharmacy shall have no liability for the same.
  12. Apollo Pharmacy reserves the right to withdraw e-Gift Voucher scheme/offer before the completion of validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
  13. Apollo Pharmacy reserves the right to deny accepting any e-Gift Voucher, if it suspects that there is duplicity of e-Gift Voucher.
  14. Validity 6 months.
  15. Responsibility of Accentiv shall be limited only upto the delivery of Gift Card to the final customer.
  16. Accentiv shall not be responsible for any misuse, theft, transfer, etc. occurred after delivery of the said Gift Card.
