1. e-Gift Voucher can be used on bigbasket website and app across all cities where big basket is present (Only Online). List of cities are: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Coimbatore, Indore, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Lucknow, Kanpur, Ludhiana, Mysore, Nagpur, Patna, Surat, Vadodara, Vijayawada, Guntur and Vishakapatnam.
2. e-Gift Vouchers valid for 12 months from date of issue.
3. Entire e-Gift Voucher amount will be redeemed to Big Basket wallet. The amount can be used across multiple orders.
4. e-Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit.
5. If the customer misplaces the e-Gift Voucher, bigbasket shall not be responsible to reimburse/refund.
6. No duplicate will be issued if this e-Gift Voucher is lost or misplaced.
7. e-Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired.
8. The holder of the e-Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
9. Validity period of the e-Gift Voucher will not be extended under any circumstances.
10. e-Gift Voucher can be used on bigbasket website and App.
11. e-Gift Voucher cannot be en-cashed.
12. There is no expiry for this amount after addition of e-Gift Voucher amount to bb wallet.
13. This is a one time use e-Gift Voucher, cannot be partially used. No refunds / credit note shall be issued for unused part of the e-Gift Voucher.
14. The Brand reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions.
15. e-Gift Voucher is added to Big Basket wallet, so there is no limit for unlimited e-Gift Vouchers can be added in Big Basket wallet. Amount in wallet can be used across multiple orders.
16. e-Gift Voucher are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
17. Any dispute should be referred to bigbasket and the decision of bigbasket shall be final.
18. If e-Gift Voucher is purchased in a city not mentioned above, amount will not be reimbursed/refunded.
19. Protect the e-Gift Voucher number and PIN to avoid misuse. Brand shall not assume any liability in case the e-Gift Voucher PIN gets stolen/compromised. Brand shall neither replace the e-Gift Voucher nor refund cash.
20. Accentiv shall not be responsible for any misuse, theft, transfer, etc. occurred after delivery of the said e-Gift voucher voucher.

Steps to redeem gift card:

1. Visit www.bigbasket.com/member/gift_cards/
2. Alternatively, go to the bigbasket app and click on the icon on the top right and choose, 'My Gift Cards'
3. Enter gift card code and gift card PIN
4. Entire gift card amount gets credited to bigbasket wallet
5. Add products to the basket and complete the payment by choosing bigbasket wallet payment option.
