Terms and Conditions:
  1. Denomination Range – 100/-to 99999/-
  2. Single EGV Code will be utilized against Single Retail Billing.
  3. Partial Redemption is applicable
  4. This EGV is valid for max 12 months from the date of activation.
  5. Multiple EGVs can be clubbed in Single Retail Bill.
  6. EGV can be clubbed with existing offers & End of Season Sale.
  7. EGV are redeemable at Kalyan Jewellers registered outlet only.
  8. Any unused balance on the EGV will not be refunded or credited.
  9. This EGV can not be exchanged against cash
  10. No Duplicate EGV's will be issued in case of the same being misplaced or lost.
  11. End customer is responsible if EGV is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
  12. EGV Is redeemable on all Jewellery products at Kalyan Jewellers
  13. EGV is not redeemable on Coins - Gold & Silver
  14. EGV copy to be forwarded to the Kalyan Store Email address as supporting along with the Govt Recognized Photo ID Proof
  15. MGV Screenshot to be forwarded to the Kalyan Store Email address as supporting along with the Govt Recognized Photo ID Proof
  16. This voucher cannot be clubbed with redemption of Gold/Diamond Purchase Advance Schemes.
  17. This voucher cannot be clubbed with Package invoices and Special Priced Items
  18. Responsibility of Accentiv shall be limited only upto the delivery of e-Gift Voucher Code to the final customer.
  19. Accentiv & Kalyan Jewellers shall not be responsible for any misuse, theft, transfer, etc. occurred after delivery of the said e-Gift Voucher Code.
    20. EGV on Email
    1. Customer can present the physical copy of the Email vouchers and submit at the point of redemption at store
    2. Customer can share the soft copy of the Email voucher to the store email address when he redeems at the store
    3. Govt Authorized Photo ID proof – Driving License/Aadhar card copy to be shared as supporting for redemption (as part of the Store SOP)
    4. PAN Card needs to be submitted if the bill is for Rs.2 lacs & Above
      5. EGV on SMS
      1. Customer will share the Screen shot of the SMS Vouchers to the store Team at the point of redemption
      2. Store team will print the screenshot and take the customer acknowledgement for the sane.
      3. Govt Authorized Photo ID proof – Driving License/Aadhar card copy to be shared as supporting for redemption (as part of the Store SOP)
      4. PAN Card needs to be submitted if the bill is for Rs.2 lacs & Above
      5. WhatsApp Image - Vouchers are not admissible and will not be permitted.
