Croma

  1. “Denomination Range – min 250/- to max. 50000/- (Odd denomination is possible in multiples of 100/-)
  2. The E-Gift Voucher is redeemable at the Croma stores only.
  3. The validity period on the E- Gift Voucher is Upto 12 months from the date of issuance.
  4. The E-Gift Voucher does not require activation.
  5. Multiple E-Gift Voucher  can be utilized against single billing transactions.
  6. Partial redemption is not applicable - The E-Gift Vouchers must be utilized in one single transaction and the balance will not be carried forward for the same.
  7. E-Gift Voucher cannot be extended / re-issue post expiry.
  8. The E-Gift Vouchers cannot be reloaded.
  9. No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the E-Gift Voucher.
  10. E-Gift Voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
  11. Once the E-Gift Voucher are issued, the company will not entertain any request from anybody for its cancellation.
  12. Merchant shall not be held responsible for any misuse, theft, transfer, etc. occurred after delivery of the said EGV.
